TACA to connect Lima in Peru with the exotic Cuban capital of Habana.
TACA Airlines are to connect Cuba and Peru with three direct flights per week as of 23 March. Flights will operate from Lima to Havana on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday leaving at 1040 and arriving 1705. The return flight operates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday leaving Havana at 1620 and landing in Lima at 1945.
Currently the only option for passengers travelling between these cities is to fly via San Jose (Costa Rica) and change aircraft en route. The new direct service save appx 90 minutes flying time. The new route will also open up options for business and leisure passengers who wish to travel to or from TACA destinations throughout it’s South American network to Cuba.
The new flight also opens up possibilities for customers to travel from the UK to many TACA airports and avoid the hassle and time consuming process that is the US immigration process.
